- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order anytime before the order report is generated at 8 PM daily. After this time, cancellations cannot be processed.
- How to Cancel: Use our app or contact us via call/WhatsApp at +91-90-6881-6881 (Monday to Saturday, 10.30 AM to 5.30 PM).
- Refund Timeline: For cancelled orders, refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days.
- No Returns: Once an order is Processed or dispatched, it cannot be returned.
- Issues: For packaging damage or wrong orders, please fill out a complaint form via WhatsApp on the same day of delivery. We will investigate and provide a resolution.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made before shipment.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-5 business days for card/net banking transactions. For cash on delivery, a bank transfer will be initiated based on the billing details you provide.
- Unfulfilled Deliveries: No refunds will be issued if the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable during delivery attempts, or provides an incorrect delivery address.
- Policy Changes: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays, during emergency situations, or in the event of natural disasters or calamities. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 2-3 working days.
- During peak periods, there may be slight delays. If there is a significant delay, we will inform you via email or phone.

- A convenience fee is applied for online payments as per third-party platform rates. We currently use Razorpay, which charges 2% of the transaction amount plus GST. This fee is charged solely by Razorpay for providing payment gateway services.
- A minimum delivery fee of Rs. 3 is applied to each order to support delivery costs.
- Each delivery costs us approximately Rs. 15, but we only charge a minimal Rs. 3 fee for customers.
- We absorb a 2% platform fee for app services, which is currently waived to ensure no additional cost to customers.
