Return & Refund policy

Our Return and Refund policy entitles You to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason if You are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with Us and issue a refund for the value of the returned products which will be credited to Your account wallet on the Site.

This can be used to pay for your subsequent orders.

2.1 You shall be entitled to a refund only if You prepay for Your order at the time of placing Your order on the Platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

2.1.1 Your Order packaging has been tampered or damaged or spilled at the time of delivery and before You accepted the delivery.

2.1.2 Us canceling Your order due to (A) Your delivery location following outside Our designated delivery zones; (B) Failure to contact You by phone or email at the time of confirming the Order booking; or (C) Failure to contact You by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking.

2.1.3 All refunds will be credited to your Lokalfarm's account wallet. You can also raise a request to transfer the money back to the source. It will take 5-7 working days for the money to show in Your bank account depending on Your bank’s policy. We encourage You to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case you ordered the wrong item, You shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

2.1.4 You will not be required to pay for the wrong item being delivered other than what You had ordered to the extent of value/quantity of the item/s, missing from Your Order at the time of delivery/short delivery.

2.1.5 You may return the product if the wrong item is being delivered other than what You had ordered, or the item substantially is damaged or deteriorated in quality at the time of delivery. You agree that You shall give Us all the proofs including but not limited to images of products having issues for Us to process your requests.

2.1.6 For the customer who chose to end the subscription permanently, the refundable amount will be sent to the bank account given by the customer. In case of any delivery issues, the product will either be replaced, or the credit amount will be processed within 24 hours accordingly.

1) Cancellation Policy

1.1 After making an online payment for a particular Order/ product/subscription, You as a customer can cancel your delivery for a particular day/Order anytime up to the cut-off time (i.e., 9 PM of the day preceding the date of actual delivery of the product). You may also create a vacation/holiday period on the Platform. You can also end the vacation before the cut-off time (i.e., 9 PM of the day preceding) when You want to recommence the delivery.

1.2 In the event of an item on Your order being unavailable, We will inform you of such unavailability. In such an event You will be entitled to a refund in accordance with Our refund policy.

1.3 We reserve the sole right to cancel Your order in the following circumstances:

1.3.1 In the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by Us;

1.3.2 Failure to contact You by phone or email at the time of confirming the Order booking;

1.3.3 Failure to deliver Your order due to lack of information, direction, or authorization from You at the time of delivery;

1.3.4 Unavailability of all the items ordered by You at the time of booking the Order;

1.3.5 In case the delivery partner is not allowed inside your compound, community or society or any other reason beyond control causing movement of the delivery person including but not limited to law and order situation.

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Dispatch Time

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

3.3 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

4. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

5. Cancellations

5) PAYMENTS AND FINANCIAL TERMS

5.1 Lokalfarms operates on a prepaid model. You are required to maintain a sufficient wallet balance for daily orders. If your balance is insufficient, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

5.2 Payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other RBI-approved options. Transactions are processed through authorized payment gateways, and Lokalfarms does not act as a banking institution.

5.3 By providing payment information, you confirm that the card or bank account is yours or that you are authorized to use it. Lokalfarms is not responsible for transaction failures or delays caused by the payment gateway or your bank.

5.4 Lokalfarms reserves the right to change the prices of products listed on the Platform at any time. However, changes will not exceed the maximum retail price (MRP).
