Refunds/Cancellations Policy

At Shrimad Rajchandra Jivamaitridham, we strive to provide fresh, high-quality milk to our customers. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we have a clear and fair refund policy in place.

Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Quality Issues – If the milk is found to be spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.
• Incorrect Order – If you receive a different quantity or type of product than what was ordered.
• Non-Delivery – If your order is not delivered due to an error on our part.
• Damaged Packaging – If the milk pouch or container is leaking, torn, or damaged upon delivery.

Refund Request Process: To request a refund, follow these steps:

• Report the Issue Promptly through the mobile app. 
• Please contact us by phone. If the product is promptly boiled and refrigerated upon receipt, a refund or product replacement will be at SRJMD management's discretion.
• Quality issues and incorrect orders must be reported within [3 hours] of delivery.
• Non-delivery claims must be reported within [6 hours] of the scheduled delivery time.
• Provide Supporting Evidence and share clear photos/videos of the damaged or spoiled product along with the packaging.
• Mention your order ID, delivery date, and a brief description of the issue on the mobile app.

Refund Method & Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within [5-7 business days] and only after verification of the claims for refunds.
• The refunds will be in the form of a credit to your user-name for future purchases. 

Exclusions (Non-Refundable Situations): Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• If the milk is left unattended at the delivery location and gets spoiled.
• If the order was delivered correctly but the customer later decides to cancel.
• If the issue is reported after the complaint window (e.g., hours after delivery when external factors may have affected milk quality).
• If the packaging is opened or tampered with after delivery by the customer.

Replacement Option: Instead of a refund, customers may opt for a replacement in case of:

• Damaged packaging
• Spoiled milk at the time of delivery
• Replacements will be processed in the next available delivery slot.

Subscription Refund Policy: For customers on a milk subscription plan, refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

• If the subscription is canceled at least [24 hours] before the next billing cycle.
