This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, skips, pauses, and refunds for your vegan food and milk subscriptions offered through the Daily Bowl App.
Cancellations:
● Customers can request to cancel individual deliveries.
● The cut-off times for canceling deliveries are as follows:
- Lunch (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM delivery slot): Cancellation requests must be made through the App by 11:00 PM on the day prior to the scheduled delivery.
- Dinner (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM delivery slot): Cancellation requests must be made through the App by 11:00 AM on the same day of the scheduled delivery.
● If a cancellation request is received after the respective cut-off time, the order for that delivery will be processed, and no refund or credit will be provided for the canceled meal/milk.
● Cancellation of Entire Subscription: Customers can cancel their entire subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for any remaining undelivered meals/milk if the subscription is canceled in the middle of a billing cycle. The cancellation will be effective from the end of the current billing cycle.
Skips:
● Customers have the option to skip a scheduled delivery.
● To skip a delivery, users must do so through the App before the daily cut-off time of 11:00 PM or 11:00 AM for that specific delivery slot.
● If a skip request is received after the 11:00 PM or 11:00 AM cut-off, the meal/milk for that day will be delivered as scheduled, and no refund or credit will be provided for the skipped meal.
● Skipped deliveries will not be compensated with extra deliveries at the end of the subscription period.
Pauses:
● Customers can pause their subscription for a specified period.
● To pause a subscription, users must do so through the App before the daily cut-off time of 11:00 PM or 11:00 AM for the first day of the intended pause period.
● The minimum and maximum duration for a pause may be specified within the App.
● Subscription Validity: If a subscription is paused for an extended period, it will automatically expire and cannot be reactivated. The maximum pause duration before automatic expiry is 15 days. We will notify you via email, reminders notifications, push notifications, before your paused subscription is set to expire.
● Upon resuming a paused subscription before expiry, the remaining validity of the subscription will be available.
Refunds for Other Issues:
● In the event of a significant issue with the delivered food or milk (e.g., spoilage upon arrival, incorrect order), customers must notify us within 3 hours of the delivery with photographic evidence.
● We will review such cases on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full refund or a credit for a future order, at our sole discretion.
● Refunds will not be provided for reasons of personal taste or preference, as we have a fixed menu communicated in advance.
Fixed Menu and Replacements:
● Our food subscriptions operate on a fixed menu of 15 dishes that repeats twice a month.
● Each day has a pre-determined dish for each food subscription type.
● If a customer chooses not to consume the scheduled dish for a particular day, they have the option to skip that meal through the App before the cut-off time.
● We do not offer any food replacements or substitutions for the scheduled daily menu.
Changes to this Policy:
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on our App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of your vegan food and milk subscriptions ordered through the Daily Bowl App.
Delivery Schedule:
● We offer delivery services from Monday to Friday.
● We do not provide subscription deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and designated festival days. The list of festival days will be communicated within the App or through other communication channels.
Delivery Timeslots:
● We offer the following delivery timeslots:
○ Lunch: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
○ Dinner: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
● Customers can select their preferred delivery timeslot during the subscription setup process. While we strive to deliver within the chosen timeslot, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or logistical issues may cause slight delays.
Delivery Area:
● Our delivery services are currently limited to Surat, Gujarat. Please check the App to confirm if your location is within our serviceable area before placing a subscription. We may expand our delivery area in the future.
Delivery Process:
● We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your subscription within the selected timeslot on the scheduled delivery days.
● You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the designated delivery address to receive the order during the chosen timeslot.
● In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery, our delivery personnel will attempt to contact you, leave the order at a secure location if possible, return the order.
● If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer's unavailability or incorrect address, a re-delivery may be attempted at our discretion and may be subject to an additional delivery fee.
● We are not responsible for any spoilage or damage to the food or milk if the delivery is delayed due to the customer's unavailability to receive the order within a reasonable timeframe after our delivery personnel's arrival.
Changes to Delivery Schedule or Address:
● Customers can request changes to their delivery address through the App before the daily cut-off time of 11:00 PM for the next delivery day. Changes requested after this time will be effective for subsequent deliveries.
● Requests to change the delivery timeslot may be accommodated based on logistical feasibility and must be made through the App or by contacting our team at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Packaging:
● We will ensure that your food and milk are packaged appropriately to maintain quality and hygiene during transit.

2. Subscription Services:
● We offer various vegan food and milk subscription plans as described within the App, including High Protein Meal Subscription, Salad & Warm Salad Subscription, Almond Chocolate Milk Subscription, Hazelnut Chocolate Milk Subscription, Indian Meals Subscription, and Jain Meals Subscription.
● Subscription plans are available for durations of 5 days, 15 days, and 30 days.
● By subscribing to a plan, you agree to receive deliveries according to the chosen plan and our delivery schedule (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and festival days).
● Delivery times are within the specified timeslots (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM for lunch, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM for dinner). We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within your chosen timeslot, but delays may occur.
3. Orders, Cancellations, Skips, and Pauses:
● All subscriptions are recurring based on the chosen plan duration.
● You can manage your subscription through the App, including cancellations, skips, and pauses, subject to the terms outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
● The daily cut-off time for making changes (cancellations, skips, pauses) for the next delivery day is 11:00 PM and 11:00AM for same delivery day. Requests made after this time will be effective for subsequent deliveries.
● Subscriptions may automatically expire if paused for an extended period as specified in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Fixed Menu and Replacements:

● If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your subscription.
