Shree Nasik Panchavati Panjrapole (i.e.SNPP) is 145 years old ‘Registered Public Charitable Trust,Gaushala’ at Nashik, Maharashtra. We take care of about 1500 + cows, out of which only about 350 cows are in milk, rest of the cows are old, disabled left by others for lifetime. We are working for cow welfare & environment protection. We have recently taken care of rescued 104 Camels also. We have a big biodiversity zone, 26 rain water harvesting ponds, approx. +2.5 Lakhs of trees, flora & fauna, natural habitat for about 300 peacocks(our National Bird), big vermicompost project ,honey bee keeping project to improve pollination, 450kw solar power generation project. We are into certified organic practices since last many years as per National Programme for organic production (NPOP)
standards. We produce certified organic cow fodder, fruits. Our cow milk, cow ghee are residue free. Cow Milk is obtained from our inhouse cows to which our inhouse Certified Organic Fodder is provided.
We are registered with Animal welfare board of India, Reg.No:MH178/2019, Directorate of tourism for single day tour Reg.No:17/24.12.2021 we are eligible to obtain CSR funds from corporate sector vide registration no. CSR00017743 dated: 17.11.2021 u/s 135(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.Donations paid to us are exempted under 80G of Income Tax Act.
Cancelled order’s received payment and/or unapproved / wrongly done payment will be refunded within 30(Thirty) days of receiving application for refund in a prescribed format. Applicable service charge of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred Only) will be deducted. No interest or otherwise will be paid for such refund.
Ordered cow milk through REKART mobile app will be shipped by 4:30 am every morning subject to advance full payment realization. Exception of force majeure and or otherwise otherwise will be applicable for delivery to the customers.
a) No return or replacement of cow milk will be made under any circumstances.
b) Cow milk delivery will be on as is where is basis.
c) Production of cow milk is depending upon vagaries of nature which is beyond of
our cow milk.
d) Ours is 144 years registered public charitable trust, Gaushala. It is not a
commercial diary. We don’t outsource milk. This our own production. Variation in
milk properties & quality is possible.
e) One stroke delivery will be restricted to 10 (Ten) litres litres per customer per
day.
f) No legal claim in any manner whatsoever, due to any reason will be entertained.
This will be subject to Nashik jurisdiction only.
g) We assure timely delivery to the customers depending upon adverse climatical
Conditions or otherwise.
h) Cow milk delivery will be discontinued if the customer fails to recharge his
account in a timely manner.
i) Alteration in / modification in cow milk delivery may be submitted through the
Rekart mobile app before (one) day, prior to 6pm. Verbal or telephonic or through
email request of changing next day cow milk delivery quantity will not be
entertained. In such a scenario the customer will have to accept the prescribed
quantity.
j) Customer’s complaint through mobile app, telephone, email will be accepted &
resolved earlier by our customer relationship associates.
k) Customer’s have to use the cow milk after boiling only, within a time limit
mentioned on the milk pouch. Cow milk utilization instructions are mentioned on
the milk pouch. Customers have to follow those instructions.
l) The delivery schedule is subject to change, and customers will be notified in
advance of any changes.
m) Our delivery personnel will make reasonable efforts to deliver milk to the
specified address.
n) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate milk delivery services to any
customer for violation of these Terms or for any other justifiable reason.
o) Code of Conduct:
Customers must treat our delivery personnel with respect and courtesy.
Harassment, abuse, or any form of misconduct towards our staff will not be
tolerated.
p) Feedback and Complaints:
Customers are encouraged to provide feedback or raise complaints regarding
our services.
