We are a food startup company with a mission to provide home-style fresh meals to busy people. We prepare fresh food in the kitchen by the HouseWives. Ghar Ki Thali provides freshly prepared, hygienically packaged, healthy homecooked food. Hundreds of thousands of women across India will be given the opportunity to become self-employed and gain identity, income, and independence.

By connecting our customers to traditional ingredients, traditional cuisines, and age-old family recipes, we strive to provide them with authentic regional dishes. To create a brand of healthy and tasty food for everyday nutrition, we intend to sell home-cooked food.

On the site, we post the curated menu for the day. Depending on their needs, customers take their orders from the menu of the day on the website. Our Ghar Ki Thali Chef prepares the meals and packs them in containers for customers, delivering them on time every time.

While there are many options for junk food, home cooking is the most nutritious, healthy, and delicious. A home-cooked meal is one that you can consume every day.

We offer a variety of SUBSCRIPTION PLAN options for customers to choose from, including flavors, cuisines, and budgets.

Refunds/Cancellations Policy

Cancellation cut-off time for any advanced order 9 AM same day for lunch and 4 pm the same day for dinner. After this time window, you can not cancel your order.

If the cancellation was made in time, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount within 5-7 days. If payment is made via Cash then, the money will go back to your wallet, which you can use for future orders.

The cut-off time to place/cancel/modify orders is 9 am the same day for lunch and 4 pm the same day for dinner.

GharKiThali reserves the right to cancel/modify the meals. However, we will try to inform you in advance about the same.

GharKiThali reserves the right to discontinue the tiffin service of any customer.

We may cancel an order if the product is not available for reasons that are not within our control. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.

Any order that you place with us is subject to product availability, delivery capacity, and acceptance by us. When you place your order online, we will send you an auto-generated confirmation mail about the same. You must inform us immediately if any details are incorrect. If the product for which you placed the order is not available or if we are not able to your order delivered to your location, we will inform you through a phone call or SMS.

You must ensure that at the time of delivery of your order adequate arrangements, including access where necessary, are in place for the timely delivery of your order.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative address.

If you fail to accept your food when it is out for delivery, or if we are unable to deliver at the stated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions or authorizations, then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such goods shall pass on to you.

GharKiThali will try our best to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery as requested by you in your order within the time confirmed. We will inform you if we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time.

Meal subscription plans have to be used during the period of validity. In case of the user does not avail of the meals during the specified period, the meals will lapse. Refund or extension of lapsed plans will not be possible. This is applicable to all subscriptions offered under Meal Plans by GharKiThali

GharKiThali shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.

We do not accept any liability for any delays, failures, errors, or loss of transmitted information, viruses, or other contamination or destructive properties transmitted to you or your computer system via our Website.
