Introduction
In developing economies like India, a sharp increase in health issues can be seen mainly around heart disease and diabetes, and this is fuelled largely by the increasing prevalence of overweight/obesity and unhealthy lifestyles. India is often referred to as the “Diabetes Capital of the World,”- with an estimated 80 million cases currently, and this number is expected to rise to over 135 million by 2045. We strongly believe that the source of the problem lies not only in what we eat but also in what we grow and how we grow. Today, in India, junk food is easily available in every nook and cranny. Our population, from young to old, is bombarded with advertisements that trap them into the false belief that JUNK IS COOL. It is much more fashionable to go eat at a pizza hut than at a local healthy food joint.
Our Mission
Our mission is redefining fast food for a better and healthier tomorrow. We want to put health and the well-being of our customers at the forefront while promising to serve fresh and healthy food at a pace and convenience that would challenge the best of fast-food companies. We promise to deliver pesticide-free vegetables and the freshest of salads, sandwiches, smoothies, spreads, condiments and juices that are prepared using farm fresh vegetables and preservative free ingredients. We want to be at the forefront of making fresh vegetables and healthy food options available to every individual, young and old.
We are reimagining the healthy food industry, from farm to fork. We have gone back to our roots and invested in a hi-tech hydroponic farm in Kolhapur that is focused on growing pesticide-free vegetables in a controlled environment. Our goal is to develop an integrated farming model that farmers from nearby villages can use to build hi-tech farms that complement their traditional farming. As a pilot project, we have tied up with 7 farmers, providing them with all the agricultural inputs at actual costs with a commitment to buy all their produce at fixed and agreed-upon rates throughout the year. In the process, we are bypassing any middlemen and providing our farmers with a higher income, thus contributing to our Prime Minister’s vision of doubling farmers’ incomes.

Full Refund
You can cancel your subscription and receive a full refund before your first salad delivery. Refunds are processed immediately and will be credited to your account within 5–7 working days.
Subscription Pause
If you’d like to pause your subscription for a day or two, please contact our support team at least 24 hours in advance at support@nourishingfarms.in or +91 7266883344.
Post-Start Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription after it has started, we will issue a refund in the form of Loyalty Points. These points never expire and can be used to purchase any products on our site.

Our business hours are 9 am to 9 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Saturday. On receiving the order we will reach out to you if we need any clarifications and Deliver order to you for Lunch or Dinner based on your preference that you have selected while placing your order.
