- Customer can cancel/stop their subscription using Gopala Dairy mobile or Web application or by reaching out to the customer support on WhatsApp @ +91-7004964833.
- Multiple Accounts cannot be created with same address, if found then Gopala Dairy has the right to cancel/stop the Customer's subscription.
- Any cancellation or additional requirement for Morning delivery is accepted within 9 pm the previous day and for Evening delivery accepted within 2 pm the same day.
- If customer denies taking delivery at the time of delivery, he / she will have to pay the charges.
- If customer is not available at the delivery location and no one is available to receive the product, he/ she will have to pay the charges.
- The billing cycle for customers is 30 days. ie bill is generated end of the month.
- In case of bill payment by cheque, please draw the cheque in favor of ‘Gopala Dairy' and share the transaction proof on WhatsApp @ 7004964833.
- In case of bill payment in cash, please keep us informed on WhatsApp @ 7004964833.
- In case of bill payment by using any UPI or net banking, data will be updated.

Shipping Policy
Gopala Dairy is the operator of www.gopaladairyfarms.com & Gopala Dairy Milk app. By placing an order through this Website or App, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set mutual expectations for our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website or app, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and may not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
There is no shipping cost for milk, paneer and ghee being ordered from specific pin codes in Kolkata. In case of Ghee order being placed from far off place, the shipping cost is calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Dispatch Time
New Milk orders are usually dispatched in 1 day after the booking & payment of the order.
In case of Paneer and Ghee, it may be need one additional day as may be needed for preparation.
We deliver only in Kolkata at this moment in specific pin codes. In case you don’t find your pin code during the booking, please WhatsApp us on 8961574308.
3.2 Change of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we need to be notified 24 hours before your original delivery schedule. If we can deliver to your new address, we will confirm and deliver.
3.3 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
4. Return
We don’t accept return of the items. In case of any concern please reach out to customer service.
5. Cancellations
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, we are able to accept cancellations only till specific time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy.
Cancellation should be done by 9 pm for the next day's morning delivery and by 2 pm the same day for the evening delivery.

After the receipt of payment from the Buyer/ cash on delivery as the case may be, GOPALA DAIRY shall arrange for the delivery of the product to the recipient at the shipping address provided by the Buyer. Any and all orders placed by you on this Site / App are a firm commitment to purchase and you are obligated to complete the transaction and not contest it in anyway.

Product Pricing
Product prices listed on the website / App are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating it may occur. KAMDHENU DAIRY reserve the right to cancel the order in case a wallet is refundable by placing the request to the customer support. Refundable amount is credited to the customer's bank account shared with GOPALA DAIRY. Refund is credited within 5-7 working days of sharing the bank details. In case payments done through credit card it will be refunded to the same mode of payment.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with privacy policy, and other rules and policies posted on the site / App, which are hereby incorporated as set forth fully in these Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and GOPALA DAIRY with respect to your use of and material available through the site / App, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and GOPALA DAIRY with respect to this site / App. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved.

Return Policy
Gopala Dairy doesn't have a return policy until and unless it is related to the product quality. Hence if the customer wants to return a product because he/she doesn't require it, in such cases we will simply deny the customer.
Pre-paid Products
To place an order for a prepaid product, you are required to recharge your Gopala Dairy wallet with the MRP of the select product via the various payment modes available.

"We as a Retailer shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time".
