We are a single source Gir cow farm that serves families all over Jaipur. All our milk and dairy products come only from our own cows.

Our farm follows practices that provide a stress-free and cheerful environment that keeps our cows healthy and happy.

Refunds/Cancellations Policy

Return & Replacement Policy

You shall be entitled to a replacement only if you prepay for your order at the time of placing your order and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:

Your Order packaging has been tampered or damaged or spilled at the time of delivery and before You accepted the delivery; All and any refunds will be credited AT OUR DISCRETION to your Milk & Meadows account wallet. We encourage You to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case you ordered the wrong item, you shall not be entitled to any return/refund. You will not be required to pay for the wrong item being delivered by us, other than what you had ordered to the extent of value/quantity of the item/s, missing from your order at the time of delivery/short delivery. For the customers who choose to end the subscription permanently, the refundable amount will be sent to the bank account/payment information given by the customer. In case of any delivery issues, the product will either be replaced or the credit amount will be processed within 24 hours accordingly.

The 7 day trial package is non-refundable in case you choose to discontinue it mid way.

Cancellation Policy

After making a payment for a particular order/ product/subscription, You as a customer can cancel your delivery for a particular day/Order anytime up to the cut-off time (i.e., 7.30 PM OF THE DAY PRECEDING THE DATE OF ACTUAL DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT).

You may also create a vacation/holiday period on the Platform. You can also end the vacation before the cut-off time (i.e., 7.30 PM OF THE DAY PRECEDING) when You want to recommence the delivery. In the event of an item on Your order being unavailable, we will inform you of such unavailability.

In such an event You will be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refund policy, or later delivery upon availability of product. We reserve the sole right to cancel Your order in the following circumstances:

In the event of the designated address falling outside the delivery zone offered by us;

Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking;

Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction, or authorization from you at the time of delivery; Unavailability of all the items ordered by You at the time of booking the order;

Shipping Policy

Please note our shipping policies as below -

A complete postal address including pin code, email id and contact number is essential to help us ship your order. Kindly cross-check your pin-code and contact number before you complete your order.

If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.

However if some of the ordered items are not in stock, then we will get them produced and have them dispatched within 10 working days of the order being placed. We will keep you informed under such circumstances.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will share the order tracking details with you. Kindly bear with us until then.
