The company is equipped with the necessary machinery to process various varieties of milk, including Full Cream Milk, Toned Milk, and Double Toned Milk. Curd, ghee, and many more varieties of milk products are among the many other dairy items that may be purchased at Raithanna Dairy. We perform stringent quality checks throughout the entire production process, beginning with the purchase of milk and continuing all the way through the delivery of finished goods to the customer's door, to ensure that the customer receives the best possible products at the best possible price. Buffalo Milk is a well-known staple in Indian households, famous for its rich, creamy texture and delicious taste. It is becoming increasingly popular due to its unique flavour and health benefits.
Refunds/Cancellations Policy
Cancellation Policies
After making an online payment for a particular Order/subscription, You as a customer can cancel your delivery for a particular order anytime up to the cut-off time ( i.e., the day preceding the date of actual delivery of the product). You may also create a vacation/holiday period on the platform. You can also end the vacation before the cut-off time(i.e.,the day preceding) when you want to resume the delivery
In the event of an item on your order being available. We will inform you of such unavailability. In such an event you will be entitled to a refund to your Raithanna account wallet in accordance with our refund policy
We reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstances:
In the vent of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us.
Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking
Failure to deliver your order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from you at the time of delivery
Unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of placing the order
In case the deliver partner is not allowed inside your compound, community or society or any other reason beyond control causing movement of the delivery person including but not limited to law-and-order situation
Return & Refund Policy :
Our Return and Refund policy entitles you to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason if you are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with Us and issue a refund for the value of the returned products which will be credited to your account wallet. This can be used to pay for your future orders
You shall be entitled to a refund only if you prepay for your order at the time of placing your order on the platform and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:
Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged or spilled at the time of delivery and before you accepted the delivery
Us cancelling your order due to (A) Your delivery location following outside our designated delivery areas; (B)Failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of order confirmation.
All refunds will be credited to your wallet. You can also raise a request to transfer the money back to the source. It will take 3-21 working days for the money to show in your bank account depending on your bank’s processing policies. We encourage you to review the listing before making the purchase decision. Incase you ordered the wrong item, you shall not be entitles to any refund.
You will not be required to pay for the wrong item being delivered other than what you had ordered to the extent of value/quantity of the items, missing from your order at the time of delivery/short delivery.
You may return the product if the wrong item is being delivered other than what you had ordered or the item is substantially damaged or deteriorated in quantity at the time of delivery. You agree that you shall give us all the proofs including but not limited to images of products having issues for us to process your requests
For the customers who choose to end the subscription permanently, the refundable amount will be sent to the bank account given by the customer. In case of any delivery issues, the product will wither be replaced or the credit amount will be processed within 24hrs accordingly.
Shipping Policy
1. GENERAL
1. This delivery and shipping policy ("Policy"), together with the Terms sets out our policies and procedures towards delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform.
2. We provide shipping and delivery of our Products across cities in India where we run our operations, within
the locations we deliver. We aim to provide the best customer experience for you by tying-up and partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Product that you have ordered from the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely fashion.
3. By agreeing to use the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform and/ or purchasing a Product on the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform.
2. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. Once you place an order on the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform, we auto process such order in the cart at 9.00PM subject to avallability of sufficient balance in the Raithanna Milk Dairy Wallet. We aim to provide no contact delivery at your doorstep without ringing the doorbell/knocking on your door, and we try to deliver the order next day from the date of order of the Product by you on the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform. We may also share details about your orders pursuant to their dispatch through any means of communication (means/mode, including but not limited to, by push notification on the platform SMS on registered mobile number, email on the registered email address, IVR, call or manual call, as the case may be). You agree and understand that though we effectuate Product delivery to the Users either directly ourselves or through our third-party services providers ("Logistics Partners"). Under exceptional circumstances/ on choice of customer, Raithanna Milk Dairy may contact you before delivery, as the case may be.
2. You agree and understand that though we endeavor to ship and deliver our Products to cities in India where We are present, we may, in our sole discretion determine a select list of regions which are unserviceable for delivery of Products, wherein the platform does not allow the user to place orders. We or our Logistic Partners do not provide shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas and may not process your orders on the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform in such cases. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall notify such user at the time of registration/placing an order for purchase of Products on the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform. You may also verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by us by entering the relevant delivery address, on the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform.
3. You agree and acknowledge that to effectuate timely delivery of the purchased Products to you we may inquire or collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. You understand that you shall bear absolute liability in case of any failure by us in delivering the purchased Products due to your failure to provide correct, complete, sufficient and accurate information at the time of placing the order. It is further clarified that we s hall not be liable in any manner and at any point in time due to your failure to provide correct and complete information.
4. While we make reasonable endeavors in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to you in a timely manner and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of:
a. Logistical issues beyond our control;
b. Unsuitable weather conditions;
c. Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.;
d. Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.;
e. Other unforeseeable circumstances.
5. In such events of delay, we shall make reasonable attempt to inform you by push notification or SMS or call or email. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to inform or notify you of delays in the delivery of purchased Products on the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment or delivery or use of the purchased Products.
6. We endeavor to engage Logistic Partners, employees, agents with the highest regard for ethics and integrity, and behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence, and good mannerism. You agree and acknowledge that the actions, inactions of delivery individuals are not in our control, and it is not possible for us to monitor and observe each delivery executive. Since we are merely facilitating delivery of a Product purchased by you, we shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on part of our delivery agents, employees, or person and/ or the Logistic Partner or their employees, agents, or personnel including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of Product, time taken to deliver the Product, Product package tampering, etc. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is stated that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by our delivery executives or the employees, agents, personnel of the Logistic Partners is beyond our control and any issue arising between you and our delivery executive or an employee, agent, personnel of the Logistic Partner will have to be resolved by you, independently. You agree and acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible or require us to settle, mediate or resolve any disputes between you and the delivery personnel delivering the Products to you.
7. Return of purchased Products are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. On receipt of request for return of Product on the Raithanna Milk Dairy Platform and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-Logistics Partners may get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased Products from you. We process returns and exchanges of purchased Products in accordance with our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
8. You are required to leave a re-usable bag outside the door at a secure place for us to deliver the products in it.
If the bag is not available outside or if the number of items is too high to fit into the bag, we shall leave the items at your doorstep. To assist you with this requirement, we may provide a re-usable bag free
9. As we aim to provide no contact delivery at your doorstep without ringing the door-bell/knocking on your door to ensure you are not disturbed, we do not take responsibility for any damage or defect to the Products to the extent such damage or defect occurs after the delivery of the Product including but not limited to any damage or defect which is a result of poor handling, improper care, or storage of the Product. We at our sole discretion reserve the right to refuse the return of such Products. Any decision by us in this regard shall be final and binding.

The Raithanna Milk Dairy app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Raithanna Milk Dairy app won’t work properly or at all.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Raithanna Milk Dairy will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Raithanna Milk Dairy cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Raithanna Milk Dairy cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Raithanna Milk Dairy cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Raithanna Milk Dairy’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for the both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Raithanna Milk Dairy does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
